Shipping policy

All cutters are made to order and typically ship within 1-5 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

 

We ship from Ontario, Canada. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Canada: about 3-8 business days

United States: about 5-12 business days

 

Tracking is included on Express orders; standard shipping may not include tracking. For U.S. orders, any applicable duties are prepaid, so you won't owe anything extra on delivery.

 

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll help track it down.
